WeStarter IWO(DAO) will goes live on January 19, 2022 at 6:00 UTC

IWO(DAO) is a very innovative product in WeStarter DAO governance. Unlike the current IWO process, the decision to IWO a project on WeStarter will no longer be made by the WeStarter assessment team, but by a joint vote of the holders of WAR (WeStarter DAO Governance Token).

In order to ensure the uniqueness and immutability of project information, each project information will be minted into an NFT Card, which can be used to initiate voting.

To ensure that the IWO (DAO) is not misused, the requirement of initiating a vote need to stake at least 20% of total IWO fundraising equivalent quantity of WAR.

Each voting will lasts for 3 days and is considered successful when the WAR voted exceeds 50% of the total swap amount during the voting cycle, otherwise it is considered a failure. After success, the poll sponsor can retrieve the staked WAR at 5 days after the poll ends, and the voter can retrieve the voted WAR 5 days after the poll ends as well. In case of failure, all the staking WAR at the time of voting will be airdropped to the participants, the airdrop quantity of WAR will be determined by the percentage of the WAR that participants voted.
